Sprint HTC Mogul 6800 caller id bluetooth issue

I am so green at this. My Sprint HTC Mogul 6800 will not allow incoming caller id information to be routed to my Jawbone bluetooth headset. Those idiots at Microsoft did this on purpose with the voice command 1.6 version. Is there any way that I can install a program on my mobile phone to get caller ID information through my bluetooth. Believe when I say I am green at this I mean really GREEN. Meaning what every it is I need to upload to my mobile has to be quick and easy! I'm a sophicated tech God just your average run of the mill pion that still plays the Nintendo-the first version.:D
