bit of a problem

I got a bit of a problem guys, I used to own a Siemems Sl45, and i had a 64mb SanDisk Multimedia card in it.

Now, instead of buying a new card for my new spv, I thought i would just use the one from my siemens Sl45, i tried this but for some reason neither active sync nor all explorer can seem to detect the card.

Any thoughts on this, any help would be appreciated?
