If you want to sync unprotected iTunes playlists from PC to PPC, then Pocket Tunes from Normsoft will do this, and it's an excellent PPC player in its own right.

For protected iTunes content you will need some sort of converter/ DRM stripper as Apple don't license iTunes files for any WinMo device. There are 2 types of converter- DRM strippers which are technically against Apples T&C, and which regularly get defeated by successve protection built into iTunes, and the 'fast copy' type which take advantage of the ability to copy iTunes files to an audio CD format from where they can be ripped back to the PC legitimately. My favourte of these is TuneBite which seems to be able to preserve the sound quality better than the others and is reasonably fast.
