HTC Touch Diamond as an External Sat Nav Module

Hi Guys,

I'm thinking about getting a HTC Touch Diamond but was wondering if it can be used as an external bluetooth sat nav module for my Nokia N800 Internet Tablet.

I know I could use the sat nav with software onboard the handset, but my eye-sight is not the best and I've heard that the screen does suffer when used in strong daylight.

My N800 has the latest firmware so it comes already loaded with Wayfinder software.

Any help on this would be great as I really want to get the Diamond.

It should be possible :D

We have a thread on this subject on 4WM Here. It relates to using it with a laptop, but as long as the N800 has BT it should work the same.

I've had a look at the link and the GPS2Blue software it says I need and I think it will work. Just now need to wait until I get the handset and give it a try.
