Guest Disker Posted July 10, 2008 Report Posted July 10, 2008 Hi, I'm using the BJ II and a Blue Ant BT headset. If I go to Connections/BT I have the headset paired and listed. The problem is that each time I want to use the headset I have to turn it on go into the BJ, go into Settings/More/Connections/BT/Headset/Menu/Connect Headset. A pain! With my old phone, a lowly Razr, if the BT was on in the phone all I had to do was hit the button on the Blue Ant and it would connect. Is there something I'm doing wrong in the BJ or does everyone have to do this each time? Hints please! Also, how do you get voice dialing working in the BJ II? Thanks
Guest john redcorn Posted July 10, 2008 Report Posted July 10, 2008 Wondering about this too. My problem's not as bad as yours, my Jabra earpiece stays paired for about a week or so before I have to re-do it, but still it's kind of annoying. Also I have a Sony car stereo with handsfree bluetooth and bluetooth stereo music. The phone never loses the stereo's pairing for handsfree calls, it comes up everytime. Anytime I want to listen to bluetooth music from the phone I have to go into connections, find the sony stereo and re-check the checkbox for stereo headset.

Thanks No clue on the voice dialing, but I have a Moto HS850 that works most of the time, but it had intermittant disconnects. I got it because you flip the mouthpiece out and it comes on. I first I had something checked in the BT options that made me have to confirm it each time I turned it on to let it connect, but once I unchecked that option when I turn it on, 99% of the time it will connect, but sometimes I have to turn it off, and very rarely, it will disconnect in the middle of a call.
Guest Toilet Duk Posted July 14, 2008 Report Posted July 14, 2008 (edited) Fn+H will take you directly to the headset menu. There's also no voice dialing without a third party app. Edited July 14, 2008 by Toilet Duk
