email app that lets you set time period in which auto-email checking is allowed

I swear I've tried out an email app that let me define an allowable time period for checking email (e.g. even if you have it set to check mail every 30 minutes, you can prevent it from doing so between 10pm and 7am). I thought that it was a flexmail 4 beta that let me do this. I just got the latest version of FM4 and I can't find this feature. No one on their forum seems to know what I am talking about.

Does anyone know of an app that can do this?
