How do I get my kaiser to stop turning off & on by itself?

I need help again! I put in a cd on my laptop and burned it and then transferred the songs into my Kaiser. At first it played them perfect but now when I start playing the songs, my kaiser turns itself off and on again. I only transferred 14 songs onto my 1GB memory card and still lots of memery left. Can you please help me? Thank You, Cindy

Sounds a little odd. When you say it turns off and on again, do you mean it completely resets itself or the screen goes off?

Does it happen on the same song? Try ripping the CD again and transferring them over again. (A long shot tbh but worth a go)

It might be that the phone is throwing a wobbly every time you play one of your songs, as they might be corrupt in some way, at least to the kaiser.

Perhaps try ripping them in a different format i.e. wma for example and see if it does it then?

If that doesn't work try backing up the contents of your sd card and format the card.

As a last resort you could try a hard reset but I would make sure every other avenue is exhausted before you do this. Make sure you back up everything before you do this.

Every time I used mobile player to play one of my songs, the phone physically shut itself down and turned itself back on again to the home page. Last night just fooling around on my phone trying to figure it out and finally giving up on media player, I hit the audio manager on the home page and my songs popped up on that screen and so I hit menu and add to playlist and that solved the problem. My songs all play now but only thru audio manager and not windows media player. Strange huh? Thanks for your support. Cindy
