Developing a game specifically for the Diamond

I'm interested in developing an application (possibly a game) to take advantage of the HTC diamond, in particualr its tilt mechinism.

Do you know where I should start to look into developing for this device?

I have never written anything for Windows Mobile, however I am fairly skilled in programming in C++.
