Error in Manila.exe

the last 2 nights ive had a windows error screen appear on my touch (following a master reset)

the file that errored is manila.exe

i think it has something to do with the weather application which has stopped working when i press update now. Doesnt seem to have any implications on the sytem running although i restarted the diamond after each error message.

any ideas on how to fix this

If you don't put the exact error message, I don't know if someone can help. There could be a lot of error messages on Windows...same apply for computers as well
