WM 6.1 Sliding Panel for WM6.0 ?

HELLO EVERYBODY! I would like to know if it is possible somehow to extract the sliding panel feature from WM6.1 and install it on WM6.0 Standard that would work on an HTC S710 or SPV E650, both landscape and portrait mode. Also if there is a way to make it in form of a .CAB, so the isntallation to be somehow safe, without needing to edit important stuff. I have an SPV e650, in warranty and I don't want to cook my ROM so i don't loose it. Thank you and awaiting answers :D Cheers :D
