On mine, appointments are shown under the clock, automatically. But not more than two. I`m not on Orange.
Guest hp1 Posted July 26, 2008 Report Posted July 26, 2008 Yeah mine doesn't do that but there is no orange branding on it so i dont think its anything to do with that. Also how do you add items to the touch flo home screen?

Guest hp1 Posted July 26, 2008 Report Posted July 26, 2008 It`s impossible. So you're stuck with just the clock, the calender and missed calls? seems odd that you cant customise that bit?

Guest Rapier Posted July 27, 2008 Report Posted July 27, 2008 Let me understand. So, you have the big clock, just below it you have a line with "alarm", below it you have "Call History" and another one below the call history named "Calendar"? If that's so, when you have a new upcoming appointment, it should be shown on the "Calendar" line instead of word "calendar". Also, if you scroll your thumb up on the screen, the clock will be minimized and more space will be provided to the calendar, allowing you to have 2 entries shown there. It's not working like this for you?

It's not working like this for you? Well sort of, when I used the old windows interface it would show Tomorrows upcoming appointments, which I found really useful as a reminder. TF3D only appears to show TODAYS upcoming appointments. I've discovered another annoying feature: incredibly, when an alarm goes off, there appears to be NO visible option displayed to snooze or cancel. You have to touch the little alarm bell symbol at the top of the screen!
Guest BenWW Posted July 27, 2008 Report Posted July 27, 2008 when the alarm goes off, in the bottom right hand corner it'll say "menu" i think, you then have a number of snooze options.

No it doesnt I only get that option if I tap on the alarm icon in the top bar. when the alarm is going off the soft keys remain Phone and Programs.
Guest highlorddave Posted July 27, 2008 Report Posted July 27, 2008 No it doesnt I only get that option if I tap on the alarm icon in the top bar. when the alarm is going off the soft keys remain Phone and Programs. to get the alarm dissmiss message on the screen you need to do the following go start - settings click sounds & notifications click the notifications tab at the bottom in the drop down menu select "reminders" now check the box "display message on screen" click ok in the top right not sure why this is now checked by default !!!
Guest LeiChat Posted July 27, 2008 Report Posted July 27, 2008 TF3D only appears to show TODAYS upcoming appointments. Mine is currently showing an "All Day" event and an appointment for tomorrow. ROM is 1.37.405.1 WWE 06/10/08

This is in a standard configuration so not sure what you're seeing. hope you find a fix soon.

Yeah it wasnt checked. I cant test it at the mo cos I'm at work but will try tonight. I have been using SPB Time instead, its just a shame that TF3D cant show its alarm info. Now for some reason TF3D is showing appointements. All is well (until i discover the next niggle) Thanks for all the help.

Still learninng but just wondered if it was possible to show upcoming calender appointments on the touchflo home screen? If it is i cant figure out how to do it! I nearly sent my compact iv back because of this, I could use TF3D or PocketBreeze (my favourite today plugin). But then I found SecondToday, and I can now swith between the two with two taps. Still not on the TF3D home screen where it should be, but it makes the thing useful as the Vario 2 with PointUI and PocketBreeze.
