Activesync on mobile device headaches

Hi All,

This has bugged me since I started using mobile internet.

For some stupid reason I cannot get Activesynce on my Touch Diamond or on my S710 to get me anything else than plain text email.

I can set it once to HTML for a "re-load" but the next time after that it's set back to plain text and greyed out.

I use mail2web for exchangeserver, but that should not be the pronlem as when I define a normal POP or IMAP account for gmail f.i. I don't get HTML email as well.

I must be overlooking a simple thing.

Please HELP! I'm about to throw WM6.1 as far as I can :D

Odd!

Exchange relies on being Exchange 2007 (which Mail2Web may not be), shouldn't affect your other accounts tho?
