Guest elementalist Posted July 31, 2008 Report Posted July 31, 2008 I know Activesyncing can be a little...odd (I had a C600 for some years) but it seems worse with the Diamond. I get lots of "ActiveSync cannot connect.." errors and sometimes it connects but then won't sync and sometimes it just takes an age to sync ignoring the Sync commands I give it. Any pointers?
Guest steveoidm Posted July 31, 2008 Report Posted July 31, 2008 Are you on vista or xp? If I remember correctly, most activesync issues can be fixed by going to start, settings, usb to pc, and unticking 'enable advanced network functionality'.

I had very slow sync/connect problems on Vista, didn't get to the bottom of it. Finally connected, but took ages.

Wow that should be better known.
Guest Confucious Posted July 31, 2008 Report Posted July 31, 2008 And, of course, making sure you are on the latest version of Activesync!
