Ted Baker Needle network locked?

Hi Folks,

Just a quick one... I'm after buying the Ted Baker Needle for the mrs on PAYG. Cheapest I've found it is for £260 inc £10 topup on the O2 network. My wife wants to stick with orange. Can she just put her orange sim straight into it or will it need unlocking? When I spoke with a bloke at CPWarehouse he said it was unlocked to any network apart from 3... Is he right?

Well I bought the phone and can confirm that its network unlocked.
