Screen stays locked when a text is received??

Hi,

I have this problem, when I get a text the phone rings if it's not set to silence, but if it is, the screen doesn't flash or turn on to indicate that an event is happening, I tried to look into Sound and Notifications, the Flash Ligh for [x minutes] tick box is greyed out.

Never happend to my TYTN II before...

any idea?

Also when a call comes in the phone takes a while to ring, while the caller had already heard 3-4 rings...
