Guest NoBackUp Posted January 28, 2003 Report Posted January 28, 2003 I have one and it ant as good as the Hipe !... 1) Batt on lasts 1 day...if your lucky 2) All software except for "Phone type" i.e. Contacts and SMS is slooooooooow 3) Ringing is volume is poor 4) alarm is toooooo quiete... 5) You keep loosing the little "Stylus" from the side... 6) Poor reception (T68 was much better) 7) cant send contacts directly via SMS to other phones...(dont work with my T68i) 8) Screen Dull and Animations Slooooow 6) Viewer is "C**P" 7) The Camera save the files where it wants... but apart from that coooooool

Guest mikey808 Posted January 29, 2003 Report Posted January 29, 2003 Hmm seems a fair bet he wouldn't be hanging about around here if he didn't have some interest in SPV's. I'm getting even happier with my SPV recently and won't be buying a P800, especially now after hearing these rather dissapointing comments. The hype and wait have been excessive for sure. However I would be interested to hear more detail about the P800 though, ( mostly to gloat that SPV's are better of course ! :-) )
