File manager program for ppc to run on pc

Right then, i have the HTC touch and so far it is great, only problem is that alot of the times the camera does not load due to their not being enough memory and each time i have to reset my phone which takes a while.

I have used the file explorer and moved alot of the stuff from "My Device" to the storage card, all that is left on the device is the needed folders and files.

I have got about 6000 messages in my inbox and outbox which i have tried to delete many times but the phone just gives up and only deletes a few (ive left it all night once and it just had the loading square/circle thing

So is there a way i can delete my messages from my pc. i.e a program to sort everything out or is there any other way to free up more memory
