Guest Mark_in_VA Posted August 8, 2008 Report Posted August 8, 2008 I've got a Samsung Omnia, and I finally got it to work on AT&T. As everyone knows, it's Windows Mobile 6.1. I was poking around in the Registry and found these settings: HKLM\System\State\Samsung\Phone\Operator Operator_1_Code REG_DWORD 0x0000008e (142) Operator_1_String REG_SZ SingTel Operator_2_Code REG_DWORD 0x0000008f (143) Operator_2_String REG_SZ M1 Operator_2_Code REG_DWORD 0x00000090 (144) Operator_2_String REG_SZ Starhub Which leads me to ask: What is the string for AT&T? Anybody have another Windows Mobile 6.1 Samsung Phone and can check?
Guest mkc_vx Posted December 6, 2008 Report Posted December 6, 2008 I did some researching and found that these IMEI*.PFG files hold a lot of OPEATOR data but I dunno how they are used. They are found in the windows directory. Take a look at it by opening it with Notepad or any other text editor. And share your findings with us. Regards Note: * in IMEI*.PFG means the name of a country or region. examples: imeiUS.pfg imeiUK.pfg imeiKSA.pfg ...etcImeiUS.zip
