sms and emails not opening through the Blakcjack 2, just a blank page.

A while a go I had the problem with the sms and email not opening. I could see the new sms in the list but when i went to open it, I would be left with a black screen where the message should have been. And when i went to write an sms or email it would do the exact same thing. It was fixed when i did a hard reset so something is happening. Has this happened to anyone else and does anyone know a way to fix it without having to do a hard reset? I can access my emails and sms through other programs just not through the messaging folder of the blackjack. Any thoughts? thanks.
