argh zune and vista

okay, ive read and followed the plan for getting my new (second hand) zune to work with zista but its not working. please help.

ive refused all along to buy an ipod because i hate itunes (it deleted 50gb of music at the press of a button). so ive finally found what i want and i cant get it to work

i go through the steps but i must be doing something wrong at the end. when i use cmd control/shift/enter i get a box reading c:\windows\system32>

where do i go from here? where should i be typing my control line in?

trying to install again just rolls back every time.

Did you download the latest build from zune website? I did that and it works without any trouble for me on vista.
