Looking for voice alarms

I've posted some of my text message alert tones here, and I was wondering if people did the same for their calendar alerts? I am looking for some simple voice (mp3, .wav) tones that say "Upcoming Appointment" or something similar that are loud enough to be heard without pumping the volume all the way up. Anybody got anything like this?
