I might be a noob for asking this but how come everytime i try install something new, It shows up as a XML :D

i transfer it to my phone and still shows as a XML anyone know why? how can i fix this

for example i have files named

_setup.xml

and i need to install them please get back to me as soon as possible.

You will really get _setup.xml and *.001, *.002, etc files if you extract the contents of a Windows mobile CAB on your PC. That is not the way to install. What you can do instead is to transfer the CAB file to a folder on your phone then execute it from there. Transfer say to \Temp folder, open \Temp folder using file explorer, look for the CAB file then click to install. Flash vid below shows CAB transfered to \windows\Start Menu\Accessories folder...
