I love my Blackjack 2 but the main problem my family and I are having is that the camera software absolutely sucks. I don't understand how it can actually freeze a frame for you and go "Hey, this is the kind of picture I could have taken if I actually worked like I was supposed to, but instead you get..." and then it shows you this blurry mess that's supposed to be the picture you took.

Is there any way to fix this? Are there any registry tweaks I can do to fix it so that as soon as you take the picture it actually takes the damn picture? You know like changing the shutter speed I guess?

Now barring that, I noticed the multishot mode actually isn't too bad, and since we're getting 2gig cards soon it shouldn't be a problem to store all of those extra pictures, however if that's the case than again, is there any way in the registry to set it so that as soon as I open the camera program it defaults to the multi-shot setting? When you're trying to take a picture of something, especially when you're inept at technology like most parents are, trying to fiddle with this or that can translate to many seconds lost, thus ruining the picture before they can even take it.

ANOTHER thing I've been hearing about is camera phone software. I tried looking it up on google but I didn't get any helpful info at all. I wouldn't mind trying different software but I have no idea what I could try, and on top of that if I did get some new camera software, I dunno if I would have to do some registry stuff to get it to default to that software instead of the one built in on the phone when I hit the camera button.

ANY info anyone has would be greatly appriciated. I love my phone and so does my family, but this is making or breaking the phone for them, especially in light of my dad ruining his actual camera on accident. :/

i know the feeling... u have to switch off auto-save, and choose to save to your phone... a little faster
