Guest Clydebuilt Posted August 16, 2008 Report Posted August 16, 2008 New to all this & totally clueless Im afraid. Swapped a spare satnav for a T-mobile MDA, have no idea if its good, bad or indifferent, but Im having fun messing around with it all the same. I have no idea how much t-mobile charge for net access, the unit seems quite happy to connect to the net, but I think I;de be happier if it was disconnected....no idea how to do that. The 'connection manager' has some items greyed out and same there...no idea if thats good or bad. I found some apps that I liked the look of and have already managed to install them ok, but what exactly do I do with a 'cab' file? Sorry if this is a bit draaaaaaaaaawwn out LOL BN
Guest Confucious Posted August 16, 2008 Report Posted August 16, 2008 Welcome to the forum. First read http://www.modaco.com/content/absolute-beg...artphone-world/ Then search on here for nodata.cab and with your new found knowledge install it. But a unlimited data (£7.50/month on T-Mob) makes your phone so much more useable. Enjoy!
