When I received it in the mail, the original samsung seal on the two sides are broken and are taped with generic transparent tape. The Orange Sim card is found inside. So, my guesses: A. The phone is Samsung (not Orange) branded, so Orange has to break the Samsung factory seal in order to put the Orange sim inside. The seal was came broken to the online retailer and the retailer did nothing. ---> BUT is it necessary to put the Sim inside the box? can't Orange just supply the sim alongside the phone? B. The online retailer broke the samsung seal and put the Orange sim in, and perhaps cheated me in some unknown way. If you get your phone from Orange, is it Orange direct or through another source?
