i have my own lock code to get into my blackjack 2 and someone i know kept trying to figure it out well now it wont unlock at all and i need some help someone mentioned to me something about a master reboot but i dont know how to do that i called at@t and they didnt help

What you need is called the PUK code. This is available on the AT&T website after you login to your account.
