SPV C500 Sim Unlock Problem

I am trying to unlock my SPV C500 (on orange) i have tried the method http://spod.cx/blog/unlocking_orange_spv_c500.shtml but spvservices just gives a white screen

Can anyone please advise me what to do

From memory you need to be able to connect your phone to the internet via activesync, also make sure you have installed the certification cab file which should be in the zip file you downloaded.
