Access to Moble Data configuration HH1/HH1

I bought my Omnia in Singapore a few weeks ago and have just carried out the HH1/HH1 upgrade. The weird thing here is that when i go to the connections section under Settings, I cannot access the My ISP settings which are locked off and cannot be changed. I have managed to get connectivity by setting up my Telstra connection under the 'My Work" connection section, but i would really like to blow away the Singapore settings and configure that part for Telstra. Any clues where I can find this in the registry?
