how to reset/unlock samsung omnia i900 phone password

;) Help, I switch my samsung onmia phone on and it is asking for a password. Have tried all the default samsung code/t-mobile codes, is there any other way of getting around this. There is now a timer showing, not sure what this means. Do I send off to the service centre. Thanks

Are you sure it's not asking for the PIN on your simcard?

I've tried my sim PIN that does not work, even tried without the sim card in and nothing.

Tried a hard reset? Press reset with the two front keys held down...
