Unknown unlock screen with H1 rom

Has anyone come across this unlock screen since upgrading to the H1 rom? I have never had this come up before flashing the leaked official H1 rom. This has happened twice so far; once when the phone was on the charger overnight and I pressed the front keys to wake up the phone and again today.

I pressed the front key to wake up the device and was surprised that the phone was unlocked and it started the application that was assigned to the left soft key (phonebook). The phone then appeared to hand with a spinning cursor and I let it go into standby again and when I tried to wake up the phone this unlock screen appeared.
