Flashing to Phone XXHH3

I'm a novice at flashing phones and am looking to flash my Omnia from the T-Mobile phone version XXHH2 to the Phone XXHH3 version pinned on the site as my Omnia is roaming all over the place from 3G right down to nearly no signal at times. Never having flashed a device before I'd like to check I've got the right instructions before I start. The basic instructions I have below are taken from the HH1 guidelines on the front page.

A few questions ....

Is the modem driver the same as the one given for the HH1 upgrade?

Does the phone only upgrade need a reset?

It says hit start in the application - does this mean on the phone or the PC?

Any help appreciated.

Simply find a XP machine, install this modem driver (important!), extract and run the update EXE, connect your FULLY CHARGED Omnia and press the reset pin. Hit 'Start' in the application when it becomes available and then sit back and don't touch ANYTHING

just flashed to HH3... anyways,

1) used the modem driver from HH1

2) Don't really understand so will leave it to the experts...

3) PC. In the phone update window there's a start button there top portion to the right.

seems similar to HH1 then again it's been only 2 hours since i flashed from HH1

here's what i've done

white omnia stock G4--> HH1 --> HH2? (hong kong fw) --> HH1(again, kinda prefer it) --> HH3

HAH! member since 2004 but 4 post only........ since my Xphone(SPV c500??), 4 yrs ago wow. ;)
