Poll: Still experiencing Text lag in WM6.1?

Just curious as to who all is having issues with lag while typing text messages on their BJII..

Personally, I experienced it pretty bad in 6.0, and it now seems even WORSE in 6.1 using threaded text messaging. It's pretty annoying for me to constantly be typing 5-10 characters ahead of what's being displayed on the screen.. and also constantly having to backspace, replace characters, and insert spaces.

Actually, I found this to be much improved in 6.1. I can barely feel it, much speedier typing than under 6.0.

There's a little lag, but definitely not as bad as it was in 6.0.

its probably that stupid character counter causing it... I wish I could disable it and see.

Its the same for me as I had with 6.0.

I'm thinking about trying to overclock it just a little bit and see if that makes a difference.

I believe it's that character counter as well... at least how 6.1 manages it in threaded sms. I disabled my threaded sms and the keyboard lag went away!
