HELP lost internal 16GB drive

hi

could someone please help i was loading some programs onto internal drive and something went wrong so i tried to format dive under setting hard reset

it came up (failed to format) and the drive is now lost, it not under file explorer and i cant find it if i connect phone to pc it just gone, i have hard reset phone but still the drive will not show

could you please help

Hmmm, that sounds serious... try reflashing a ROM (e.g. HH3) and selecting the 'format internal storage' checkbox!

hi paul

it has not come up with the option to format its greyed out as if the drive was not installed

Fixed Full upload of firmware HH3 then when finished pulled batery have now got drive back

You might not get that option until you've plugged in and hit the reset pin... (which also enables the 'Start' button)
