Wifi while connected to PC

Hi,

Please could someone confirm this (have searched but couldn't find any answer).

When you connect your Omnia to the PC (USB) does the Wifi connection disappear? Even in the Wireless Manager, the wifi section has gone. As soon as i unplug from the PC, the wifi all returns!!

Is this a normal function of WM6/ActiveSync?

I have also similar problem with wifi. It disappears sometime even im not connect through USB.

Any help ideas?

i had that with previous rom, especially when i use spb shell shortcut to open Wireless screen, and click on the Wifi, entire menu vanish from the list of Wifi/Bluetooth/Phone.

but if i drag the icon from widget and click connect, i can do that without problem. the only place where Wifi will disappear is at Settings->Connections->Wireless

for ActiveSync, yeah the wifi icon on top disappear and replaced with sync icon, other part i haven't try because i'm using another laptop to sync phone. will let you know if found something weird.
