unable to receive calls

Well i am using a new blackjack ii from US to Europe. Goodnews for me i got the unlock code from AT&T. The phone seems to be working fine. I am able to dial calls but when they call me the phone doesnt ring.

i try calling the blackjack by myself from a second phone, and indeed i realize the above. With The 2nd phone i listen the tone once and then its operate like was answer but the lackjack had no response.

Are you sure you haven't got Call Divert set to divert all incoming calls inadvertantly?
