Widgets disappear when installing some applications

After installing some programs and automatically rebooting my omnia, Widgets disappear!! I have to do hard reset formating it around 3 times. It happens when I install a Battery indicator or Flash Lite 3.1...

The samsung widget plugin thingy, is written to work with flash lite2.x.... so thats probably why it doesn't work with flash lite 3
