Settings cannot open

I got MAIN MENU and I can't click on SETTINGS.

I had a CONTROLPANEL.exe error...

I'm trying this HARD RESET Method of - POWER off...then

POWER ON while hodling CALL/END BUTTON, but nothing's happening..

Any suggestions?

I'm trying to redo the i900 firmware upgrade to see if i can correct this error also..like..just wipe out n start over...dxhg4 <--is on the handset already..i just wanna re-flash it from the stuff they have on the OMniasamsung site...

help out please.
