Guest Ingvarr Posted September 17, 2008 Report Posted September 17, 2008 (edited) I have noticed that (at least for me) in landscape the most useful two-handed input method is "Samsung Keyboard" While in portrait its becomes too unwieldy, keys are to narrow, so "Samsung Keypad" is a lot better for portrait and one-handed input. So I wonder - does anybody know any program that will automatically switch between input methods basing on screen orientation? Just asking before I make one myself ;) Edited September 17, 2008 by Ingvarr

Guest 200mpx Posted September 17, 2008 Report Posted September 17, 2008 Perhaps it is possible to do with SKSchema, there is possibility to watch gsensor, but I can not go further because I have no omnia for instance ;)
Guest Lucavi Posted November 8, 2008 Report Posted November 8, 2008 Such a program does exist, and it was created by our very own MVP Paul. Omnia Default SIP- Version 2 lets you set a default input method for each orientation. The bad news is that is stopped working when the HH3 firmware came out and has not worked since. Perhaps you could take it under your wing. http://www.modaco.com/content/i900-omnia-h...-new-version-2/ I, for one, would love to But I have to programming experience. Except VCRs, I gots those ones.
