Guest SheepWorrier Posted September 19, 2008 Report Posted September 19, 2008 I'm using a Java app which fills the available screen (except Windows bar and softkeys bar), but requires regular input from the on-screen keyboard. However, the Samsung keyboard covers just under half the screen and obscures much of the Java app. Is there any way to force the Java app to use less of the screen, possibly by changing a registry setting for the "Java Games and Apps" program? If so, I can build a smaller custom keypad, which only contains the keys used in that app to fill the rest of the screen.

Guest Geert Jalink Posted February 25, 2010 Report Posted February 25, 2010 a .jar java file is basicly a .zip file. just rename it .zip instead of .jar now extract the contents, there is a config file in it, i know because i once ported low resolution games to high resolution screens.
