Guest Sean (TX) Posted September 20, 2008 Report Posted September 20, 2008 That was a painless upgrade. Can this phone connect to wifi or a wireless router? I have it connected to the internet now thru a usb cable.
Guest thelostsoul Posted September 20, 2008 Report Posted September 20, 2008 No. As has been discussed, the Blackjack II does not have WiFi and is unable to connect to the internet through WiFi networks. You may use wired connections through your PC, Bluetooth, or your cellular carrier via 3G, EDGE, or GPRS.
Guest andy_sutton Posted September 20, 2008 Report Posted September 20, 2008 No Wi-Fi radio in the Blackjack sorry.

Guest thelostsoul Posted September 20, 2008 Report Posted September 20, 2008 In order to connect over bluetooth, simply connect to your desktop over activesync, and ensure your desktop's activesync's configurations are set to connect to "The Internet". Also note that sometimes you have to manually ensure your device cannot connect over its GPRS connections.
Guest Christien Posted September 22, 2008 Report Posted September 22, 2008 This could be a good option. A microSD wifi card that support windows mobile. This would be a cool option except for having to swap this out for a memory cards.

Just cause our's don't support it doesn't make it misleading
