Share my location with Friends

Is it possible to use my GPS to upload my coords to a friends phone via SMS or something? I have an HTC Diamond.

Is there a piece of software that will so something like this.?

It can produce the HTML code that will display your location on a web page (under "Gadgets"). And its free!

Is a freeware PPC app that does just what you want, sends gps location data to friends via sms. I dont think it does streetnames for anywhere but the US. its not a feature that I have tried tbh but its worth a look.
