Hi there, I'm from Brazil too =)

Dont know you, but I prefer using an english firmware than a Portugal's portuguese one... and an english one is easy getting, just upgrade to the last official firmware (DZHH3 I guess)

I will wait for the Brazilian's portuguese to upgrade, the only big cons this time is the lack of "á é ç ã õ" etc etc ;)

no problem, I upgrade my firmware today

got it from here, there is no secret, in this page there are the files you need and the steps you need to follow:

http://www.samsungmobile.com/promotion/omnia/sg/sub02_xp.jsp

It happens that as your phone is from italy, you may change it as it was from Singapore (mine was from philipines, I did this too)

This is the way (from P topic):

"If you get 'Incorrect Software Version' when trying to update, here's the fix!

QUOTE

  • Press the 'dial' key to the left of the optical pad to bring up the dialer
  • With the onscreen keypad input *#1546792*#
  • Select 'Preconfiguration'
  • Enter code *#81230*# and select OK
  • Select 'Singapore', with the default Operator
  • Accept this, DEVICE WILL HARD RESET
  • Run update, and all should be well."

Any other doubts just ask
