What's good back up & Clean up program to use?

I am new but I think there should be a utilities program or maybe Omnia already had one to use for cleaning all the junkie? Just want to run and clean up all the junk if any in my I900. Also, what's a good back up software?

There are may backup softwares from developers like SPB, but the one I use is a freeware called PIM BackUp ( not sure if it will work well the Omnia ) ( one drawback is that it dosent support MMS backup )

I've tried the PHB solution but it always gives an error on the Omnia. Anyone know of similar software, that does a complete backup that will work on the omnia?
