Samsung Omnia Action keys

good day all...first post here

I have a Orange Omnia and the following is driving me bonkers....

when in a call the keypad locks itself and prompts we to unlock by pressing the action key.

Can that be turned off ? Dont want the screen locking itself as i like to access my bank and do the various keypreses without

it locking itself each time.

Been trough the menus and cant seem to find an option

Goto Settings, System, Power, and scroll along to call. Untick.

that will stop the keys from locking but doesn't stop the ( pop-up/overlay) that tells you to "press the action key to unlock the touch keys". I've been searching high and low for a way to disable mines as well with no joy.

hey bro, that has no solution have to live with it.. Samsung considers your cheek being sensitive to pressing a key accidentlly while in call.. so no choice.. best is to use with earphones or bluetooth which gives u more easier usage.. cheers..

And there in lies my problem, i am using with bluetooth in my car & my phone keeps turning itself on & off like a blooming christmas tree with " Press the action key to unlock the touch keys". Using voicemail is a nightmare, & god help you if you receive any automated calls that require key input.

With that in mind I want my cheeks to be able to press the keys when ever they feel like & if I want to stop them then I'll just press & hold the end key to lock the screen similar to what i used to do on my XDA, XDA II, Vario, Vario 2, SPV E650, HTC TyTN & HTC TyTN II.
