Need a new WinMob - suggestions?

Hey Guys

im really pi*&ed off with my Touch Diamon and i'm in desperate need of a new mobile. I do NOT want another HTC device, i've now had three and they have always been rubbish build quality. If it wasn't for XDA-developers forum, HTC would of been dead imo. Note: the X1 is a HTC device so this is NOT an option.

Anyway, I need the device asap and am happy to buy off-contract:

• atleast 640x480
  
• GPS
  
• very good camera (5mp?)
  
• at least 128mb program ram
  
• expansion card slot (SD, MicroSD etc)
  
• Not a "normal phone" style, more an Omnia, X1 shape of phone
  

Sadly, after some research, it appears the Omnias camera is underperforming (badly) and as I suspected, due to its odd screen res people are having app compatibility issues.

The Asus Galaxy 7 looks idea but its not due out for at least a month (im desperate!), so any other ideas?
