the phone isn't out in australia (where I live) and I am having trouble enabling the gprs and mms as i cant figure out how to enter the settings, and was hoping somebody could help!

I contacted my carrier, optus, and they gave me the info below, my trouble is I dont know what i need, and can't find where to enter it!

What amazing instructions!

For internet:

Start->Settings->Connections tab-> Connections->Add new modem connection

Enter a name for this connection -> Optus Internet

Select a modem: ->Cellukar line (GPRS, 3G) [Note - not just Cellular line]

Next

Access point name -> internet

Next

Username-> leave blank

Password-> leave blank

Domain-> leave blank

Advanced->Servers tab->select "Uses specific server address" and enter 202.139.124.225 in DNS and Alt DNS. Leave WINS and Alt WINS blank

OK

Finish

You should now be able to connect to the internet.

Then you shoulsd be able to set up email and MMS in 'Messaging'

Good luck!
