Anyone got Throttle Lock to work?

I was wondering if anyone has got it to work reliably on the Omnia? It works if I run the exe directly and sometimes when the phone is locked I get the normal unlock first THEN throttle unlock. I can't seem to get it to work reliably

I just installed and have no problems.

Once in a while it becomes unresponsive for some reason and I can't unlock the phone, thereby forcing me to soft reset. Mind you, I disabled my normal SIM lock beforehand. I know this isn't as safe, but I don't need two locks.

Just dumped a shortcut to the .exe in Startup.
