Help unlocking (app) 700wx

Hello, I've downloaded regedit from this website and opened it on my Treo using an SD card. I see the "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE" key, but when I tap "Values" I get a blank page. If I then try to add a DWORD it says operation not allowed. What do I try now?
