how to flash Phone_i900XXHI2.bin onto existing HI1??

Hi, Can someone please guide me how to flash HI2.bin phone only ROM onto my existing HI1 ROM. Normally I have exe which I can just run to flash any new ROM but this HI2 phone ONLY is having .bin.

Or if there any written guide that I missed here on this?

Use Gran Prix. Just click the phone on it and load the bin. Then set it to detect and let it do its work.

Yes! thank you bro, it works.

I found the right steps is as follow:

1. Launch the USDL_GrandPrix_v1.5.2_XP.exe

2. Load the phone bin (Phone_i900XXHI2.bin)

3. Click DETECT (make sure you click the "start downloading immediately." This is where I did wrongly initially)

4. Connect your OMNIA to the usb port

5. Press reset pin

6. Your OMNIA will then automatically flashed with the new phone ROM.

my lesson learnt:

I unclick the "start downloading immediately"

The phone is already hooked to the USB when I load the bin file.

NOW I am on HI1 for PDA and HI2 for phone. Will see the performance....
