Updated ROM now can't use mp3's for SMS Alert

I asked the question about setting mp3's as sms alert tones and I sorted it by putting the file on the root.

I've since updated to DXHH1 and now the files not listed in the drop down list for SMS alert tones?

Anyone now what to do?

my omnia came originally with h1 and has always had mp3s available for sms alerts. so i don't think it is a rom issue. just put your ringtones into my documents folder in storage card or any of the 3 storage places and it should show up in the drop down list
